Senior Manager, Knowledge Management

Justine is responsible for knowledge management (KM) at the Foundation, tracking and harmonizing data and information to catalyze learning and evidence-based decision-making. Before joining the Foundation, she was Senior Advisor of KM at the Ontario Trillium Foundation where she led knowledge mobilization, collaborative technology adoption and eLearning, and played a critical role in the policy implementation, training and change management associated with this public agency’s complete investment strategy and organizational redesign. Prior to that, she gained diverse experience in the private and public benefit sectors as a capacity-builder and change agent, helping people and teams collaborate, learn and improve performance. A lifelong learner, Justine has a multifaceted educational background including the Akademia Diploma from the University of Guelph and training in Project Management, Emergent Learning and Stakeholder Engagement.
