Kristy manages communications for the Youth Livelihoods program at the Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked with Youth Challenge International as a program development officer, providing proposal development and research support. As an Aga Khan Foundation Canada International Development Management Fellow, she provided teacher training, research and communications support to an early childhood development and education organization in Kenya. Kristy also spent two years in China teaching English as a second language. She holds a Master of Science in Capacity Development and Extension and a Bachelor of Arts, Honours in International Development from the University of Guelph.
