Sarah provides program development and management support across the Youth Livelihoods team. Prior to this role, she was Coordinator for the Program Excellence team, focusing on continuous improvement of the Foundation’s operational processes. Sarah spent a year in Ethiopia as Project Coordinator for the Centre for African Women Economic Empowerment working with women-led businesses to build export capacity and increase access to international markets. She has also worked with the Canadian Federation of Independent Business on public policy issues related to small and medium sized businesses. Sarah holds a Masters of Arts (MA) in Interdisciplinary Studies from York University and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons BA) in International Development from the University of Toronto.
