Tricia is responsible for managing research, evaluation, and learning for the Foundation’s Youth Livelihoods program and for the savings portfolio of the Financial Inclusion program. Before joining the Foundation, Tricia worked with Global Affairs Canada (formerly the Canadian International Development Agency), where she managed complex evaluations of Canada’s foreign assistance programs. Tricia joined the Government of Canada through the prestigious Recruitment of Policy Leaders program. Prior to that, Tricia worked for several years in evaluation and research in Miami and Haiti. She has a Master of International Development from the University of Guelph and master and doctoral degrees in sociology and anthropology, both from Florida International University.
