Youssouf supports the Financial Inclusion team on programs that expand the use of digital technology to increase access to financial services. He has a background in microfinance and banking, particularly advisory services and investment. He has worked for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) where he supported the creation and expansion of microfinance institutions in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to the IFC, he worked in financial inclusion in several countries in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Youssouf holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Western Michigan University.
